  • Submitting this form does not confirm your attendance. Tourism New Zealand will review applications and advise outcomes by 27 March 2026.
  • If the event is oversubscribed, the participation criteria outlined in the prospectus will be applied to determine the final list of attendees.

    • Accommodation on the nights of Monday 20 July, Tuesday 21 July, Wednesday 22 July & Thursday 23 July (4x nights)

  • Second Seller applications will be linked to the primary Seller and will not receive their own appointment schedule

New Seller Application

 

  • New Seller Information:
    • A maximum of 10 places will be eligible for the New Seller discount
    • The New Seller discount only applies to the first attendee; the second attendee will not receive a discount
    • RTOs can apply as a New Seller if they meet the below criteria

  • To apply as a New Seller, the below selection criteria must be met:
    • A Seller must not have attended a Kiwi Link in‑market event within the past five years. Attendance at a market event with an industry partner is permitted (e.g. Kia Ora South).
    • Preference will be given to Sellers who have previously attended TRENZ 
    • Preference will be given to Sellers who have previously been to a third-party trade event in-market

  • Business Plan Application:
    • To demonstrate genuine interest in remaining active in the India market, please provide a one‑page business plan (or similar document) outlining your intended approach to entering or maintaining a presence in the market after the event, and/or detailing any investments or activities you have already initiated in‑market:

Travel and Medical Insurance Terms & Conditions

Please ensure that you arrange your own travel and medical insurance to provide appropriate insurance cover in attending the event. We recommend that you purchase a comprehensive medical and travel policy prior to departure. Tourism New Zealand does not provide indemnity for any loss or injury suffered to participants whilst travelling to or attending the event.  

Tourism New Zealand (TNZ) activity follows all government advice and safety measures. It is important you understand and accept the circumstances in which you travel and the associated risks. Tourism New Zealand does not take responsibility and is not liable for any pandemic related travel disruptions.    

Quarantine-free travel is not guaranteed and is subject to change at short notice, participants travel at their own risk and must be prepared for changes before, during and after their activity/travel. You should also be prepared for safe travel zones status of a state or region to change at short notice. In the event of a government-imposed restriction which causes disruption to your scheduled travel Tourism New Zealand will work with you to adhere to government guidance and this may mean a change to the planned itinerary. 

Tourism New Zealand does not cover any associated costs if you are required to quarantine in your home region, this cost is at the expense of the participant and/or their organisation. Tourism New Zealand does not cover any medical costs for participants, you should have adequate travel insurance in place.

 


Passport, Visa and Vaccinations

Passports, visas and vaccinations are the responsibility of the delegates attending the event. Delegates should confirm their individual visa and vaccination requirements for each country prior to departure. Tourism New Zealand strongly recommends that you make sure your vaccinations are up to date before you travel; this includes vaccination for measles and Covid-19. Please contact a general practitioner or travel medical practitioner well in advance of your travel.

  • I give permission for photographs taken of me at the event to be used by Tourism New Zealand or its partners and affiliates in print and online
  • I acknowledge that my contact details may be shared with other event attendees who have been accepted to attend this event
